Taking Control of My Health: A Gen X Journey
It all begins with an idea. For me, that idea was the realization that I had been neglecting my health for far too long. As a married woman with two children, life has always been a whirlwind of responsibilities, leaving little time for self-care. But now, it’s time to change that narrative.
For years, I put my family’s needs above my own, thinking that was the right thing to do. But as I approached my mid-40s, I started feeling the consequences of my neglect. The fatigue, the weight gain, the constant stress—it all started to take a toll. I knew I had to make a change, not just for myself, but for my family. They deserve a healthy, happy mom and wife.
